| Ground was broken in October of 1987, in eager anticipation of a very private lifestyle, a uniquely beautiful community that would be known as Crystal Tree. This 284 acre site was originally a rolling, wooded parcel of land that has been transformed into panoramic views for our homeowners. With meticulously manicured, rolling golf course views, lake and fountain views, garden views, natural wooded areas, and beautifully landscaped common areas, each home site has unparalleled, beautiful surroundings. Our community began as a gated, planned unit development, designed with 100 single family executive homes and 338 luxurious townhomes and patio homes. These prestigious home sites are intermingled with the beauty of a signature, 18 hole golf course, designed by the prominent golf course architect, Robert Trent Jones, Jr. This outstanding, private golf course was founded in 1989, and is owned by the Crystal Tree Golf and Country Club, which is a separate, neighboring entity from the Crystal Tree Homeowners’ Association.
As you enter our front gate, you are assured of the security of a 24 hour, manned Gatehouse. A peaceful serenity begins to overtake you under the natural canopy of the tree lined streets, as you pass abundant flower beds and the surrounding lakes and fountains. Crystal Tree is anticipating continued growth within our community. Crystal Tree Golf and Country Club has built a beautiful new clubhouse that opened in 2008, and has moved from its original location in the heart of our community, to its newly adjoining location. The remaining footprint of the original clubhouse and its property, has offered an opportunity for our community to welcome future development. Crystal Tree will continue to strive to improve our community and maintain the high standards that our residents have come to expect.
